A job offer with a start date doesn't wait on the housing market. When you need to be in another city in 30 or 60 days, certainty matters more than squeezing the last dollar out of a listing.
Pick your closing date
Once we're under contract, you choose when we close. If your start date is six weeks out, we can close five weeks out — or right after, if you'd rather not coordinate with packing. Your timeline drives ours, not the other way around.
Avoid two mortgages
Carrying both an old house and a new one is the most expensive part of relocating. A firm closing date eliminates that risk entirely. No price reductions, no buyer financing falling through at the last minute, no carrying costs piling up while the listing sits.
We can hold the home for you
If you need to occupy the home for a few weeks after closing while you finalize the move, we can structure a short post-closing occupancy. Tell us what you need and we'll write it into the contract.
Out-of-state closings
You don't need to be in town. Sign electronically or with a mobile notary wherever you are. The wire follows the same day. Plenty of our sellers have closed without setting foot in the state again.
